What is Swinglink?

SwingLink was founded by Canada's leader in golf biomechanics, Dr. Sean Fletch.  His Golf Fitness Coaching seminar is a CPGA certified program and has seen more than 150 professionals in Ontario become certified.  SwingLink's philosophy is that golf is a Sport.  All athletes have potential physical barriers to performance.  By screening for these physical performance factors, and designing a customized fitness program, we can dramatically improve your golf performance and lower your injury potential.

All fitness programs will be conducted during the winter months at The Wave Golf Lounge.
(Each session 35min)
1 session     $80
Includes initial examination and a 35 min fitness session

3 sessions    $165
Includes Initial Examination w/video analysis and 2 golf fitness sessions

6 sessions    $305 Includes Initial Examination w/video analysis and 5 golf fitness sessions

9 sessions    $415 Includes Initial Examination w/video analysis and 8 golf fitness sessions

18 sessions   $775 Includes Initial Examination, Comparative Exam, Both exmainations w/video analysis and 16 golf fitness sessions.  For best results recommeded 2 sessions/week for 9 weeks.

30 sessions   $1050  BEST VALUE! $35/session
Includes Initial Examination, 2 Comparative Exams, All examinations w/video analysis and 27 golf fitness sessions.  For best results recommended 3 sessions/week for 10 weeks
