Well, well, well, what comes first the chicken or the egg?  The two more important areas that I teach when it comes to PuttingZone techniques is Touch (speed control) and Targeting (green reading)...

One of the most important aspects to putting is having a solid process or routine time and time again.  With regards to putting there are hundreds of different models of putters, grip styles, and stances that enables a player to put the ball in the hole.  But, a great routine that invovles intent, focus, breathing, commitment, trust, and repeatability is something that will drastically increase our odds of making more putts.  With this in place we will start thinking less, playing with no fear, and having increased amounts of confidence.  With a solid routine set in stone, reading greens and developing speed control will become much easier and more putts will be holed.
